Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address and phone number; profile information such as country, skills, experience, preferences and work authorization; and activity you choose to create, including CVs, saved jobs, applications, matches and testimonial submissions. Payment details are handled by Paystack and are not stored by Bridge Careers.
How we use information
We use information to provide the candidate workspace, personalize job relevance and salary display, generate CV and career guidance, verify access to direct application routes, process support requests, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell candidate profiles or make them public by default.
Job applications and external links
When access is unlocked, you choose whether to open an employer or ATS destination. The final application is governed by that destination’s privacy notice. Review the employer’s terms before submitting information.
AI-assisted features
AI may help organize, summarize or improve information you provide. It should not invent your history, make hiring decisions or guarantee eligibility. Do not enter information you are not authorized to share.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain audit records. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may update your profile, change language or currency preferences, stop using optional tools, or ask us to correct or delete information where applicable. Contact us through the support channel shown on the website for privacy requests.
